Will's SURGE Contest Poster
Will is very much into researching the SURGE contest in which he won his 1977 Checker Cab. His latest aquisition is this great-looking poster that was used in the promotion. He even found out some interesting info - the contest was held in both the summer and fall of 1997! Previously SaveSURGE.org reported that the cabs were given away exclusively in the Fully Loaded Summer contest.

Will said, "I noticed the sweepstakes is called "Brake For Surge" rather than "Fully Loaded Summer." This poster is clearly an ad for the Fall promotion, which I understood to have had 13 cabs in it, however, the text on the poster says there is only 1 grand prize. Curious. Framed soon it will be."
