For the Love of SURGE

Josh G. Gives us a SURGE Poem and Some Pics
Josh remembers his days as a SURGE fan when he was a senior in high school. He wrote a terrific poem professing his love for the one and only Fully Loaded Citrus Soda.

Nice page. I'm 26 years old and i miss SURGE so much. I feel lost in life without it. I found a poem I wrote when i was a senior in high school in 1998.

Ode to Surge
I'm not sure what I'd do
Without you.
My Radioactive Friend.
No other has your glow,
When the lights go off.
You have a Big Mouth,
But thats always a Plus.
You could power a small town
For two weeks with little or no effort.
Not a Day goes by
That I'm not with You.
Walk through the desert
And Melt just to taste you.
As I swallow your bubbly greenness,
My Heart Speeds up.
You are all I need,
To feed the rush.
Thank you for the long nights
And early morning wakeups.
You are my companion for life.
SURGE, will you Marry Me?

Yeah so I was such a huge fan I convinced my best friend to "acquire" a case of pure SURGE syrup from the restaurant he worked at. So with this 100% pure syrup we did all sorts of things imaginable. We made mixed drinks, we used it to cook with. Yes, we actually made Green eggs and ham. We made Surge Jello. Oh how I do miss SURGE dearly.
