Ryan Took a Hit for SURGE
Ryan's art class project ended up injuring him. But it was all for SURGE, so it was all good!

I was in 7th grade which was 7 years ago and I had been introduced to SURGE and I was in love, I wanted to marry the stuff, really. In my art class we were to get into groups and put together an ad campaign of a product we had created, well at the time SURGE wasn’t real big at our school so we saw this as an opportunity to let everyone know about it and we created miniature billboards and everything and the last part of the project was to make a commercial. We filmed it at school and it was me and 3 of my friends sitting around acting bored, we opened up some cans of SURGE, we acted like we were confused by it and poured a little out to show that it was green took some gulps and after about 3 seconds we had another person turn on some real fast heavy metal and we went nuts on film. Eventually I ran into the wall and actually gashed my forehead open but the commercial was great and everyone loved it. We got an A on the project and SURGE was huge at our school ever since. It was amazing, I felt as if we had actually helped it get started in a small way. Just some special memories of SURGE I felt like sharing with everyone, LONG LIVE SURGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
