Josh Remebers the SURGE Slurpee®
SURGE fan Josh said that finding SaveSURGE.org reminded him of one of his favorite forms of SURGE:

Imagine my surprise when cruising Fark and seeing that there are thousands of people, just like me, that love SURGE! I used to drink the stuff like it was going out of style, then you just couldn't find it anymore. The height of my SURGE mania came with the introduction of the SURGE Slurpee at 7-11. I had heard it spoken of in hushed tones, but had never seen it. This prompted visits to all the 7-11s in town until we found it. Pure frozen heaven. For my birthday that year my best friend got me a gallon cooler full of the stuff, with a section of aquarium tubing to use as a straw. I spent a day lying on my back like Brian Wilson in the hookah days sucking back that sweet green nectar. A little over a year ago I found Surge in the soda fountain at another 7-11, which lasted about 2 weeks, then disappeared again. Here's to bringing it back!
