7 Question Interview with Diana
Diana's induction into the SaveSURGE.org Hall of Fame is long overdue. As one of the earliest contributors to the fight to bring SURGE back, she provided us with some much needed content for the site and the idea that we might be on to something big with SaveSURGE.org. Her creativity and passion for SURGE not only shines through with her contributions to the site, but in her everyday life as well. She spoke with us about her love for SURGE below:
1. What's the best part about being in the SaveSURGE.org Hall of Fame?
It's even more proof of how much I love SURGE.. as if I don't bother my friends with it enough as it is! It's also good to see the list of Hall of Famers grow in general, to show Coca-Cola how serious we all are.
2. What makes SURGE your favorite soda?
It's unique, crisp taste, of course.
3. Do you think Coca-Cola and its bottlers will bring SURGE back?
I think so.. with all the work the SaveSURGE website is doing with help from all the fans. It especially looks positive from the fact that Coca-Cola had that new label designed up a while back.
4. Describe how you felt when you realized that SURGE was no longer available in bottles and cans.
First a friend started teasing me, "Looks like the SURGE supply is getting lower and lower!" and I got really annoyed thinking he was just joking around. Then once I realized it was true, I was devistated. I ran around to all the grocery stores I could and bought the rest of what 2 liter bottles I could find. It was horrible once I wasn't able to find any at all!
5. How did you feel when you found out that SaveSURGE.org was trying to bring it back?
I was so relieved.. and surprised that SURGE was liked so much by so many people.
6. If Coca-Cola gave you the chance to tell them why SURGE should come back in 25 words or less, what would you say to them?
Are you guys crazy, taking it off the shelves? Just look at how much it sells for on eBay!
7. Why do you feel that you have been enshrined as a member of the SaveSURGE.org Hall of Fame?
I think because the right people finally recognized my love and dedication to the beloved soda!
