About Voting
After all entries have been reviewed, SaveSURGE.org webmasters will select the 5 best qualifying entries. A vote will be held on SaveSURGE.org’s website from 2/1/04 at 10am – 2/7/04 at 10am to determine the final order of finish with the top 3 vote getters winning prizes as stated above.
The voting for this contest IS NOT SCIENTIFIC. It is simply a web poll, meaning that there is always the possibility that things could go wrong.
